    Mike Johnson was born and raised in and around Lowell, Massachusetts. He has held a variety of positions including that of police dispatcher and police officer. He and his wife own and operate a music store in Dracut. Mass.

     Lawless in Brazil has been joined by Dr. Lawless, I Presume, his next adventure in the Lawless series. 

   They reside in Massachusetts, where he is working on the next book about Jake Lawless.
